My name is Vanessa Miramontes, and I am a Family Nurse Practitioner deeply committed to helping individuals reach their highest potential. I firmly believe that everyone is valuable and deserves access to exceptional care. This belief fuels my approach to healthcare, where I strive to provide compassionate, personalized attention tailored to each person’s unique needs.

My beautiful daughter, Aubrielle, has been a profound source of inspiration throughout this journey. Her presence has motivated me to strive for my highest potential and has reinforced my dedication to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to help people and to do so with the same level of care and commitment that I wish for my own family.

In my practice, I focus on being adaptable and responsive to the diverse health situations of my patients. Understanding the financial challenges many face, I am committed to providing high-quality care that is accessible and empathetic. My mission is to enhance healthcare accessibility and ensure that everyone has the chance to live their best life, supported by comprehensive and compassionate care.

Roberto C. Ramalhete, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Roberto C. Ramalhete is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician, certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He brings extensive experience in hospital-based care along with advanced training in aesthetic medicine, IV therapy, and medical weight loss. Dr. Ramalhete is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care that supports both health and wellness.

He is a proud member of the American College of Physicians (ACP) and the American Medical Association (AMA). Dr. Ramalhete completed his Internal Medicine residency at Winthrop-University Hospital in 2018 and earned his medical degree from Charles University in 2015.
